Veneer Edge Banding Machine is suitable for solid wood panels, fiberboard, particle board, MDF and other panel furniture edge banding.
Performance features:
1. The press system consists mainly of a main pressure roller and several auxiliary pressure rollers. It’s function is mainly to press and glue the edge of the work piece and the edge band.
2. The shearing device is mainly composed of a device for feeding edge-sealing material, limiting the width of the edge-sealing material
3. use flat knife in order to deal with the excess part of edge belt, usually the thickness of edge belt is over 0.3mm.The subsequent scraping treatment is a molded product to ensure the beauty of the edge-sealing interface.
4. Veneer Edge Banding Machine is used to eliminate the wavy traces caused by the cutting process of trimming non-linear motion, so that the upper and lower parts of the plate are smoother and rounder.
